本设备用于连续生产平、弯板夹层玻璃及多层组合防弹玻璃的初步压合。同时可代替中空玻璃生产线中的 初压机及热压机。本设备采纳国外先进技术，采用耐高温、耐老化、优质橡胶制作大压辑。传动采用无级 变频调速，温度控制可任意设定，胶辊压力采用大直径气缸。根据玻璃的厚度、面积等，气压从0-0.6Mpa 调压。前后两道压辊之间的间隙可单独进行调节。整个上箱体可以提升0.8米（采用丝杆提升）。

Simultaneously, the utility model can replace the primary press and the hot press in the hollow glass production line. The equipment adopts advanced foreign technology, the use of high temperature resistance, aging resistance, high quality rubber roller. Transmission adopts stepless frequency control, temperature control can be set arbitrarily, with a large diameter cylinder pressure rollers. According to the thickness and area of the glass, the pressure is adjusted from 0-0.6Mpa. The gap between the front and the two pressure rollers can be adjusted separately. The entire upper box can be increased by 0.8 m (using screw rod lifting).
